About Us
Shotokan Karate
True karate is this: that in daily life one’s mind and body be trained and developed in a spirit of humility, and that in critical times, one be devoted utterly to the cause of justice.

We are a friendly Karate Club that welcomes the whole community. We believe that Karate plays an important role in society. It is fun, creative, keeps you fit and learns the individual respect and common decency to all.
Beginners
We all start somewhere, every black belt started with white.
Intermediate
If you are looking to come back into the dojo, we will welcome you with open arms.
Young and Old
Age is no barrier, be you 8 or 80 karate is for all ages.

Sunday’s – Time: 6pm to 7.30pm
Location: Holy Trinity Community Centre, London Road, Newcastle, ST5 1LQ
Other Info: Car Parking at rear. There is a door entry system in use, come to the blue door and press the buzzer for “Top Room”. Please ensure you arrive by 5.55 at the latest to ensure you don’t disturb the class in progress
Tuesday’s – Time: 6:45pm to 8.15pm
